Objecthood started in 2010 as a community for freelancing designers, but we soon transformed it into a design studio. None of us really knew each other, but it still worked extremely well and here we are, 10 years later and really proud. For most of the time we have worked remotely and from different countries – Italy, Germany, Spain and Norway. Despite this, or perhaps thanks to it, the collaboration has worked. It has forced us to distribute roles and become more effective, while at the same time inspiration has flown from many directions.

Trying some new things in the laser cutter!️
Christmas party in escapist setting #konstfack
Great transdisciplinary workshop arranged by canadian designer Nicole Norris & researcher Maya Hoveskog – trying out toolcards for the sustainability focused "Flourishing business canvas". Case: how to enable usage of swedish wool (a byproduct of meat industry and mostly burnt). Great team too! Go wool!
Destination development with Ljungby kommun// Design hack 24h with a bunch of multidisciplinary students of Halmstad university. Interesting space, right on the river, oozing with potential. Tomorrow they will present ideas!
Inspiration from Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina – traditionally woven wool rug produced by Bosfam, a cooperative with refugee women. And a new church being built in the middle of old town.
